Fable & Firm Co. started with lived experience.
Our founder did not build this company from the sidelines. She built it from the middle of real business — making decisions, solving problems, creating offers, serving customers, managing growth, and learning what actually works when the pretty plan meets real life.
Her entrepreneurial story began long before online business became the norm. In 1997, when the internet was still new, slow, and mostly met with a cheerful “you’ve got mail,” Jill was already exploring how the web could be used to grow and support a business. Her early adoption of online business tools led to her being featured in a published book, recognizing the way she was using emerging technology to connect, market, and serve customers in a new way.
Since then, Jill has built and operated a multi-seven-figure specialty retail and service-based business, grown it into one of the largest companies in its category in North America, and spent well over a decade educating other business owners on strategy, operations, customer experience, and sustainable growth.
Along the way, she saw the same thing again and again.
Talented people were not short on ideas.
They were short on clarity.

She understands both brick-and-mortar business and online visibility, giving her a practical perspective on what it takes to attract attention, earn trust, serve customers well, and create something with staying power.
Today, Jill also brings the perspective of a modern content creator, using brand storytelling, social media, and digital strategy to build community, visibility, and new income opportunities in real time.
